Breaking Change:
- Emergency
The "STIR" option is removed, replaced by a "priority" box. To always block calls that fail STIR, just increase the STIR priority.
This change allows any kind of rule to override Emergency, not just STIR.
Improvements:
- Rule priority conflict detection
The floating tube(test) button turns orange when conflicts are detected
- Configurable regex length limit, default: 1000 characters

Similar to call screening, the app can now work as a service that to be queried by SMS apps. It works with any SMS app that implements this [SMS screening protocol](https://github.com/aj3423/SpamBlocker/wiki/SMS-Screening-Protocol)
