為了建立 geo: 連結，必須先取得地理座標，因此 GeoShare 會從原始地圖 URL 中擷取座標。
不過，部分地圖連結並不包含座標。這種情況下，GeoShare 會請你授權連結至對應的地圖服務（如 Google 地圖、Apple 地圖等），並從 HTTP 標頭或該連結的 HTML 文件中擷取座標。若想了解更詳細的資訊，可查看應用程式內的常見問題（FAQ）頁面。
