MyFastingApp is a privacy-first fasting tracker that works fully offline.
Track active fasts, choose common fasting plans, edit active or completed sessions, view history and trends, log weight, set a target weight, schedule local reminders, and keep a home-screen widget updated without accounts or cloud services.
MyFastingApp includes:
- Common fasting plans plus custom durations
- A clean active-fast timer with progress and fasting phase labels
- Editable fasting history
- Week, month, and year fasting trends
- Local weight logging with kg/lb support and target projection
- JSON backup import/export and CSV session export
- Home-screen widget controls
