Vibe is a local music player focused on fluidity, simplicity, and minimalist design. Built for those who prefer to carry their own audio files on the device without hassle, ads, or data collection.
Key features:
• 100% Offline and ad-free: No internet connection required for any function.
• Playlist management: Create, edit, and organize your playlists easily.
• Local backup: Export and import your playlists in JSON format (to clipboard) so you never lose your lists when reinstalling.
• Dedicated navigation: Individual views for albums and artists, plus a dedicated search section to find what you want instantly.
• Lightweight and efficient: Designed with virtualized rendering to smoothly handle libraries with thousands of songs.
Open Source: Vibe is free and open-source software licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later.
Languages: The interface is available in English and Spanish, auto-detected from your system or selectable in Settings.
Minimum requirements for a smooth experience:
• Android 10 (API level 29) or higher.
• System WebView (85 >=).
Note: this does not mean older versions are incompatible — Android 10 with WebView 85 is simply the oldest environment we were able to test Vibe on.
