Heartwood is a private, open-source window into the health and fitness data stored
in Android's Health Connect. It only ever reads, nothing you see leaves your device,
and there are no accounts, ads, or trackers.
Features:

* Weekly summary, daily averages measured against goals you set, with progress rings,
goal lines and week-over-week trends. Tap a bar to see that day's value.
* Home-screen widgets, your key numbers, themed to match your wallpaper.
* Export, save your accessible data to a CSV or JSON file at any time.
Heartwood reads data through Health Connect, so it works alongside whatever apps and
wearables already write there. You stay in control of exactly which data types it can
read, and can change or revoke access at any time from Health Connect.
