Log cardio — runs, rides and swims — without sets or a program. You can confirm a new account with the code from the email instead of only the link. Fixes three things: a program could not be deactivated, spacing was off on tab panels, and the nav accent was lost on tap. Settings has a link if you want to support development.

Fonts are now bundled with the app instead of being fetched from Google Fonts at runtime. The interface renders correctly with no network connection, and no request leaves your device for typography. No other behaviour change from 1.8.2.
