This is a UnifiedNlp backend for use with simple CSV databases.
The corresponding tool for generating databases is WiFiDatabaseMerger.
Once you generate a CSV database using the desktop program or by other means you can import it into MergedWiFiNLP.
Pre-made databases are likely to be offered in the future once licensing issues are clarified.
Utilizies an exponential backoff algorithm to prevent excessive recalculation of location to save battery.
