在不替换默认通话/短信应用的情况下，拦截骚扰电话、垃圾短信和应用通知。
通知过滤（Notification Screening）会将拦截规则应用于 RCS、Signal、WhatsApp、电子邮件以及任何会发出通知的其他通讯应用，而不仅仅是默认短信应用，因此无论垃圾信息通过哪个应用到达都能被过滤。提醒（Alerts）针对已过滤并允许的通知，仅发出轻量的声音/震动/闪光灯/唤醒屏幕提示，而不是重复的完整通知。

- Voicemail Notification: pull the caller's number out of a voicemail-app notification and block it by Non-Contact or Database, the same way a call would be blocked. Optionally also check it against your Number/Text Rules, and optionally allow it if the number had a recent, non-blocked call in your own Calls log.
Improvements:
- Voicemail Notification now also honors an allowed Contact, same as a real call.
- Notification Screening's dedup cache now clears a notif
