Baby on Board is an application of pregnancy tracking that respect your liberty and privacy.
It doesn't need permissions. So no risk.
After the birth, Baby Monito takes over from BoB: it tracks feedings, diapers, weight on the WHO growth curve, care and medication. Like BoB, it works offline, with no ads and no telemetry, and is free software under GPL-3.0. Available on F-Droid (com.baldo.babymonito).
