Privamatic

Privacy score for your Android — 45+ checks, no cloud, no tracking.
New in version 1.4.0
- Fixed: trusting an app no longer hides its tracker SDKs from the SDK tab — trust now only affects your score, never what you can see
- Fixed: SDK tab scrolling is now much smoother
- Fixed: long tracker names no longer wrap awkwardly in the SDK tab
- Fixed: expanded tracker details no longer collapse when scrolling
- Fixed: "next tip" now always shows a new tip, and educational tips appear more often
- Fixed: microG is no longer blocked from being marked as trusted
- Fixed: disabled Google Pla
Privamatic audits your Android device and gives you a clear 0-100 privacy score based on your actual settings — not guesswork.

Whether you're just starting to take privacy seriously or you're already running GrapheneOS, Privamatic shows you exactly what's exposing your data and how to fix it, step by step.

50+ automated checks cover system security (screen lock, encryption, USB debugging, biometrics, security patch date), network privacy (VPN, Private DNS, Wi-Fi scanning), surveillance apps (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, AI assistants), and default apps (browser, keyboard, launcher, email). Correctly handles de-Googled setups — microG is detected and not penalised, GrapheneOS sandboxed Play is recognised, and checks that don't apply to your setup are automatically skipped.

Trusted Apps — whitelist FOSS apps that legitimately use accessibility, notification, or location permissions. Toggle an app as trusted and its score penalty is removed instantly. You decide what you trust.

Quick Wins surface the easiest improvements first — each one includes plain-English instructions and a direct link to the relevant Settings page.

Manual Checks remind you to periodically review location permissions, camera and microphone access, and unused apps — the things that can't be checked automatically.

A home screen widget keeps your privacy score visible at a glance, with Material You theming that adapts to your wallpaper.

Fully offline — no network requests, no analytics, no accounts, no cloud sync. All data stays on your device.

Versions

Although APK downloads are available below to give you the choice, you should be aware that by installing that way you will not receive update notifications and it's a less secure way to download. We recommend that you install the F-Droid client and use that.
