Bug Fixes:
- Added extra words to all datasets and streamlined the types lessons so that now all types lessons will work correctly, rather than just producing counterexamples.
The app uses a spaced repetition system (SRS) and suffix identification
lessons (in-app: 'types') to help you always get that correct gender.

- Positive inference, now when giving the wrong answer, you will see a green button flash of the correct gender button. This is so that you know which was the correct gender when getting it wrong.
- Added the Russian Language
- Made switching between language profiles less resource intensive.
- Added a loading dialogue when switching language profiles
- No longer obscuring example sentences starting from Russian and any future languages, this option will stay available for German, Polish and French.
