Wikipedia app with censorship circumvention
Patched Wikipedia app with:
* Built-in DNS over HTTPS on Wikimedia DNS.
* Domain fronting: HTTPS Server Name Indication manipulation for bypassing DPI.
* The default IP addresses blocked by CNCERT/CC replaced.

Note that this circumvention does not utilize any cloud provider.

Anti-Features from original Wikipedia:

* TetheredNet: Depends on wikipedia.org which is free and open source, but is not changeable by a user.
