- Reworked the Diyanet (Turkey) method to follow the official calendars more closely. Your times will change, a lot outside Turkey, and manual minute adjustments were reset because they corrected the old times
- Added a Diyanet method for Europe (16° Isha) and its high latitude estimation

Versions
