Cover art from MusicBrainz downloads again, after being broken since 1.5.0. OPUS files can now carry cover art, and editing tags no longer throws it away.

Lyrics now follow a clear, predictable order: your chosen lyrics
folder wins and is read fresh every time, so edited or renamed
.lrc files show up immediately. New "Use lyrics folder" toggle.
Also fixed:
- Crash when changing tracks with the equalizer enabled
- Tag editing freezing the app on large files
- Last synced lyric line not highlighting
- Wrong-artwork flash while scrolling
- Albums tab now shows one cover per album
