With several accounts, "Unread" opened from "All inboxes" now shows the unread mail of every account, each row naming its account.
Long-press a result on the advanced search screen to select results and mark them read, archive, move or delete them.

A star set in the reader is kept when you go back right away.
Sterna Mail is a free, private email client for Android. It is built for JMAP, the modern successor to IMAP, and works just as well with any IMAP/SMTP provider.
No tracking, no ads, no Google services. The code is GPLv3, and F-Droid checks that the app it ships is byte for byte the one built from the published source.

Pick which folder is your Archive, Sent, Drafts, Trash and Spam, and set the order of your own folders. New list filters: starred, with attachments. New settings: what the app opens on, and when a message sits beside the list.
Take a photo from the attach menu. Scheduled sends can carry attachments. JMAP search shows the matching passage.
Archiving, moving or reporting spam on a collapsed conversation no longer takes your replies out of Sent.

Each account now has its own new-mail notification channel. Android can't carry over the old channel's settings: check each account's sound in App info > Notifications, near the bottom.
Bulk actions take rows off the list at once. Tap the list's title to switch account. Long-press the icon for a new message. JMAP: address book suggestions, plus-tagged From.
Typed signatures keep their lines. IMAP fixes for moves, deletes and nested INBOX folders.
