MarkReader is a lightweight, offline markdown and code file reader for Android, with a built-in editor for writing markdown notes.

Open markdown files to see a clean, rendered view with support for headings, bold, italic, blockquotes, inline code, fenced code blocks, and tables. Open code files to get syntax highlighting for dozens of programming languages powered by Prism4j. Notes and edits are saved as ordinary .md files on your own device — no account, no sync, no lock-in.

PRIVACY

MarkReader does not collect, transmit, or share any data. It requires no special permissions — it only reads files that you explicitly open or create. Your files never leave your device.

PERMISSIONS

No permissions required. Files are opened through Android's standard content URI system, so no storage permission is needed.

نگارش‌ها

با وجود موجود بودن بارگیری‌های APK برای دادن حق گزینش، باید آگاه باشید که با نصب به این روش، آگاهی‌های به‌روز رسانی را دریافت نکرده و راهی ناامن برای بارگیری است. پیشنهاد می‌شود کارهٔ اف‌دروید را نصب و از آن استفاده کنید.
