ScaleLauncher

Use Xiaomi S400 locally via Bluetooth with openScale and Health Connect
ScaleLauncher connects Android devices directly to the Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 over Bluetooth and processes measurements locally.

The app authenticates using the scale login token, receives complete measurement data and assigns measurements to the appropriate user based on configurable weight ranges. Results can be stored directly in openScale. Selected values can optionally also be written to Health Connect.

Multiple paired ScaleLauncher devices can exchange household profiles and measurement decisions over encrypted Bluetooth. This allows measurements to be assigned to a user whose profile belongs to another paired device.

ScaleLauncher does not require Xiaomi Cloud for normal operation and has no Internet permission.

Versions

Although APK downloads are available below to give you the choice, you should be aware that by installing that way you will not receive update notifications and it's a less secure way to download. We recommend that you install the F-Droid client and use that.
