• The Android widgets are drawn by a new engine. Widgets you already placed stay where they are and keep their settings; if one says “Open Mihrab” after the update, open the app once.
• In Arabic and Urdu the Today carousel opens on today again on Android.
• Turning the phone fades the muṣḥaf page back in.
• On iPhone and iPad, Mihrab opens again on iOS 27; the prayer widget’s refresh button is gone (it updates on its own).
Mihrab is a calm companion for a Muslim's day: the prayers, the Quran, and the remembrance in between, in one private app.
Hold any word in the mushaf and hear that one word read. Follow the recited word as it lights up on the page. See tajweed in colour, on Hafs and on Warsh. Keep your journal and settings in step between your own devices, with no account and no server. And every line of it is open source.
