Esca Agnellis
• added Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Romanian
• improved right-to-left presentation for Arabic
• fixed drink counting and statistics display
• clarified BZfE/BLE source notes and PDF attribution
• replaced the old wolf symbol with the K2040 symbol
• still local, with no account, ads or tracking
The app works without an account and without Internet permission. Tracking data stays on the device. There are no ads, telemetry, analytics, cloud sync, or automatic background data collection.
Features:
• daily portion tracking
• overview and statistics for your own history
• portion guidance using hand and household measures
• local backup and restore through Android's document picker
• local PDF reports
• German, English, Spanish, French, European Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Romanian
• light, dark, and cozy pastel themes
• an optional local companion, disabled by default and backed up separately
The companion uses only locally earned in-app tokens. There are no purchases, ads, or paid unlocks.
Portion information is general orientation only. The standard pyramid and portion guidance use publicly available BZfE food-pyramid information as their data basis, current as of 25 September 2024. Esca Agnellis is an independent digital implementation, uses no BZfE/BLE artwork, and is not affiliated with, endorsed, supported, or sponsored by BZfE or BLE. The app is not medical, dietary, or individualized nutritional advice.
The application code and build scripts are free software under GPL-3.0-only.
